Teams that qualify for the Division Champion Draw gain eligibility for this award.

 

The League Office will calculate the average points won each week (including all available bonus points) during regular weekly play by all Division Champion Draw teams from their qualified session. At the end of the complete league year (Summer, Fall and Spring Session combined), the team with the highest point per week average will earn the Top Finishing Team Award and advance straight to the Local Team Championships.

 

One team from all 8-Ball Divisions in a league year and one team from all 9-Ball Divisions in a league year will earn this award. In the case the team who comes in first for this award has already qualified for the Local Team Championships then the team finishing behind them will advance. If there is a tie, then a drawing will be done by the League Office with at least one witness to determine the winner. All teams must meet the Higher Level Tournament qualifications to remain eligible for this award.

 

This program was introduced at the 2012 Summer Session Captain's Meeting.
