Teams who finish first in point standings at the end of each Summer, Fall and Spring Session in each 8-Ball and 9-Ball division will be placed into the Division Champion drawing. The drawing will be done at the end of the session by the League Office with at least one witness. One team will advance straight to the Local Team Championships. The team that wins the drawing will still be invited to participate in the tri-annual tournament to play for additional monetary performance awards. If that team wins the tri-annual tournament, then the team finishing behind them in tri-annuals will be invited to participate in the Local Team Championships. All teams must meet the Higher Level Tournament qualifications to remain eligible for this award.
